The starting point
Gashi Montagen from Lienen has been carrying out drywall work for over 15 years and building construction since 2016, among other things as a long-standing partner on construction work at more than 90 LIDL stores. The previous website showed services and references but was not designed for enquiries: few clear calls to action, no structured project enquiry and hardly any regional content for Osnabrück and the Münsterland.
Our approach
We completely redesigned the website and consistently aligned it with enquiries: a quick enquiry directly below the intro, a four-step quote form with project type, size and start date, upload for photos and plans, and a fixed bar with call, WhatsApp and quote on mobile. Dedicated pages for drywall and building construction, a service area with ten towns, references with real figures, FAQs and structured data (GeneralContractor, FAQPage) take care of local Google rankings and AI search. Our approach for the industry: Websites for construction companies.
Before and after: what specifically changed.
LEAD GENERATION
Structured enquiries instead of chance
Before: hardly any clear calls to action and no project enquiry. Now: quick enquiry directly below the intro plus a 4-step quote form with plan upload.
MOBILE
Contact with one tap
Before: phone number somewhere on the page. Now: fixed bar with call, WhatsApp and quote on every smartphone.
LOCAL SEO
Service area clearly named
Before: only “area around Osnabrück”. Now: Osnabrück, Münster, Rheine, Ibbenbüren and other towns with a dedicated service area section.
GEO
Understandable for AI assistants
Before: no structured data. Now: company data as GeneralContractor, FAQ as FAQPage and clear answers that ChatGPT and Gemini can quote.
TRUST
Figures instead of empty phrases
Before: references hidden. Now: over 15 years of experience, more than 90 LIDL stores served and partner logos prominently on the home page.
TARGET GROUPS
Everyone feels addressed
Before: one message for everyone. Now: dedicated notes for companies, developers, architects, real estate companies and private clients.
What other construction and trade businesses can take away.
01
Enquiry immediately visible
The quick enquiry sits directly below the intro. Anyone who already knows what they need doesn't have to scroll or look for a contact page first.
02
Step-by-step form
Project type, private or commercial, size and start date: a multi-step form feels shorter and delivers the information needed for a quote right away.
03
Contact bar on mobile
Call, WhatsApp and quote are always one tap away on the smartphone. That's exactly where most enquiries in the trades originate.
04
Name the service area concretely
Osnabrück, Münster, Rheine, Ibbenbüren and other towns are explicitly named on the page. That helps Google and AI assistants place the business regionally.
05
Trust with real figures
Over 15 years of experience and more than 90 LIDL stores served say more than general promises and strengthen every enquiry from commercial clients.
06
Maintain structured data
Company data, opening hours and FAQs as Schema.org markup make the website unambiguously readable for search engines and AI answers.
Frequently asked questions
Why two forms on one page?
The quick enquiry is for visitors who want to write directly. The four-step quote form asks for project type, size and start date. That way enquiries arrive with all the information needed for a quote.
How does the website help with local Google rankings?
Dedicated service pages, a clearly named service area, consistent company data and structured data show Google where and for what the business is relevant. Together with a well-maintained business profile, this is the basis for good positions in local search. We show how this works in detail on our SEO & Local SEO page.
What does GEO mean for a construction or trade business?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) ensures that AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Gemini can understand and recommend the business. This requires clear answers, facts such as service area and services, and cleanly structured content. More on our GEO / AI Search page.
