No right of withdrawal for businesses

The services of WPressProfis are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. An entrepreneur is anyone who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. We do not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (§ 312g BGB) is available to consumers only. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for orders placed with WPressProfis. This applies to all services: website projects, SEO and GEO support, content and copywriting, the AI visibility check, and maintenance and hosting.

When ordering, you expressly confirm at checkout that you are ordering as a business and that you are aware that no statutory right of withdrawal exists.

Termination instead of withdrawal

Ongoing services such as SEO, GEO and content support as well as maintenance and hosting can be cancelled monthly as of the end of the billing month, directly in the client area or by email. Details on term, renewal and termination can be found in § 12 of our Terms & Conditions.
